The Trust Team
The Trust has a Board of Directors comprising residents and officers who have an interest in Castle Vale's environment. Overall project management is by the Project Manager, who is answerable to the Board and provides line management for the 2 to 3 employees.
The Board also have 3 steering groups, for Finance, Projects and Personnel. These are serviced by project staff. Representatives from Castle Vale Housing Action Trust attend Board meetings, and have regular progress meetings with the Project Manager.
